If you are doing Power Tumbling or Power Jumps you can show up during a one hour block of time whenever you choose for Rachel to critique or make suggestions on your tumbling or jumps. Which means you can come weekly or just once, it does not matter.  (Katie, Lara, Leanna, and Christina.)

Individual Competition Girls who are competing by themselves Rachel will give you a date that you can meet to discuss in details what will happen.  You can either work as hard as you want or not as hard, its up to you and what you want to get out of it.

Remember that it is Mandatory for all of us to be in tumbling classes.
